Skyland Group Private Limited provides comprehensive transportation solutions, including but not limited to:

  • Air and sea freight transportation
  • Group tours for bulk purchases

  • International travel arrangements

3. Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

4. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Full payment must be made before the commencement of services unless otherwise agreed.
  • Prices are subject to change based on market conditions, fuel charges, and other external factors.
  • We accept payments through bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and other agreed-upon methods.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 7 days before the service date are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the service date may be subject to partial or no refunds.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days.

6. Liability & Limitations

  • Skyland Group Private Limited is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by external factors such as weather, customs clearance, or third-party service providers.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that all required documentation (e.g., passports, visas, permits) is valid and up to date.
  • The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Compliance & Regulations

  • All shipments and travel arrangements must comply with local and international laws.
  • Customers must not transport prohibited or restricted goods, including hazardous materials, illegal substances, or counterfeit products.

8. Force Majeure
We shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or pandemics.

9. Privacy & Confidentiality

  • We collect and process customer information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Personal and business information shared with us will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

10. Amendments & Modifications
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our official website and will take effect immediately upon publication.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
